As part of the WONDR senior team I have worked extensively with the LAB+ model. This model accelerates design through a focussed process that establishes the project vision and provides tangible outputs through rapid prototyping.

It is designed to be a scaleable, adaptable process that can shape to any business, sector and industry. In addition, built into the process is a high degree of collaboration, stakeholder management and transparency.

Collaborative Brand Positioning

Following a similar ethos to the LAB+ model I developed a brand positioning process that enables clients to engage directly in the positioning process through a number of short, intensive workshops.

These workshops were designed to work remotely or in person, and could be run with single or multiple teams as required based on the scale of business involved.

Accelerated Brand Worlds

At a time when brand's have an ever increasing number of touch-points and an ever-shifting media landscape, rapid testing of identity systems is vital. By adapting tools such as Figma for brand world exploration enables designs and clients to develop and stress test design systems in real-time.

In addition, this methodology is designed to dovetail with the positioning processes and work in parallel with WONDR's accelerated UX/UI LAB+ process.
