Transforming Org: Pioneering a Human-Centric Revolution in Professional Services.

The Opportunity

A New Vision for Professional Services

In a world dominated by corporate jargon and digital noise, Org, a "People Solutions Group," redefined the essence of professional services. Their vision?

A more human approach, where authentic individuals, armed with intelligence and innovation, navigate the challenges of tomorrow.

Org's transformation began with a profound realization: the future demanded a new breed of professional services. They envisioned a company powered by the authenticity, intelligence, and inventiveness of its people. Org's mantra, "More Human Please," became a rallying cry against the mundane.

The Solution

A Dynamic Digital Presence

The old single-page website was replaced with an interactive tapestry, weaving together case studies, advice, video, and an innovative call-back form. Users engaging with Org’s digital experience encounter expertise and understanding, presented in a harmonious blend of functionality and aesthetics.

Case studies are highlighted in the distinctive pink of the Financial Times, fostering a diverse and global perspective.

Org's commitment to innovation extended to the technology powering their online presence. A bespoke WordPress platform on WP Engine was created, ensuring mobile responsiveness and multi-language support for Org's global audience. The site was designed with inclusivity as a guiding principle, featuring a streamlined call-back form sequence that underscores Org's commitment to accessibility.

The Process

A Collaborative Design Process

Before Org’s digital home took shape, there were workshops, competitive analyses, Figma prototypes, user testing, and AI-powered scrutiny.

Each step of the design process resonated with the end goal – a digital experience that mirrors Org's values and adapts to the evolving needs of Org and the wider Morgan McKinley group’s clients and stakeholders.
