The Opportunity
When Safe Events decided to re-platform there were two main opportunities: to represent their international activity and facilitate growth, and to distinguish between their specialities in Event Safety and Crowd Safety through visual case studies.
Safe Events handles numerous high-profile events, such as Sandstorm and Dublin Zoo Wild Lights. Their website needed to reflect their expertise and the scale of their projects.
The Approach
After conducting extensive user research and workshops to understand the target audience, the process progressed to prototyping, testing, developing, and designing the complete digital experience.
Combining research, UX, UI, prototyping, and frontend design, the Safe Events site was transformed into a vibrant, contemporary experience.

Tailored all templates, components, and interactions to reflect Safe Events’ character across the entire user interface. Using a professional yet vibrant colour palette, we created a consistent visual language and appealing layout to highlight key information, case studies, and articles.
All assets, patterns, and templates were compiled into detailed digital guidelines, providing a resource for the Safe Events’ creative team to access, share, and build from.
